Hi Will prefer a place away from Raffles Place and Orchard.
I'm ok for 25 degree.Walked past the place before they launched. Nice and quiet.Feels more like library cafe cos of the books. Didn't try the food. Another place is Cafe Pralet at Eng Hoon St (near Tiong Bahru market)http://www.creativeculinaire.com/cafe_pralet.html .Their cakes are good and well-priced. Tea is Twinnings. Sometimes, they serve simple peranakan lunches.They are cosy corners,very home-feel. My suggestion :)
the mud cake in 25 Degree is heavenly...
