A Day of Firsts

The same day we fed her first cereal........an hr later, there was this huge thunderstorm with lightning & loud thunder. my lil JY slept through flinching just a little......then the nap extended to 3hrs, then longer with her crying & just doesn't seem to be able to wake up...Then my mum was carrying her & realised lil JY was heating up & still in a dazed mode. We took her temperature and its over 38degree, hurriedly we took her to the doctor. My Poor little cutie pie had her first fever.

Her listless face was so vulnerable and she lost her zest. Gave her some medication and she slept and slept for so long... The house was so quiet without her usual coos & noises, without her endless muaythai kicks...

Around 1am, her fever subsided & then are we able to heave a sigh of relief. The next morning, she's back to her non-stop kicking action to the joy of the family :)
